NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been introduced before the Board of Supervisors of the County of Livingston, New York, on September 25, 2024, a local law entitled “Local Law No. A–2024 Overriding the Tax Levy Limit for Livingston County for the 2025 Fiscal Year” and
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on the proposed Local Law in the Board of Supervisors Assembly Room located in the Livingston County Government Center, 6 Court Street, Geneseo, New York, at 1:35 pm on October 9, 2024, at which time all persons interested will be heard.
