GENESEO, N.Y., Sept. 5, 2025 — The Livingston County Youth Bureau is now accepting proposals for its 2025-2026 Youth Sports Funding and Youth Development Programs from all not-for-profit and community-based organizations. The funding aims to increase access to sports and youth programs that improve the quality of life for local young people and their families. The deadline for proposal submissions is Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.
The Youth Sports Funding program is intended to expand access to quality athletics and recreational opportunities, while the Youth Development program offers support for educational, social, and community-based youth initiatives.
Programs seeking funding should operate from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026. Funding may support costs such as staffing, program operations, equipment, uniforms, educational programming, and facility use. Programs should serve youth in Livingston County and demonstrate a clear benefit to the community.
