Year Round Young Adult Program
YOUNG ADULTS may receive funding for in-demand career training. Those who have not completed high school may receive funding for a High School Equivalency Diploma prep classes or tutor services. Individuals receive monetary support services and job search assistance throughout. Unsure what career you want? Explore careers through paid work experience or job shadowing with a local employer.
HIGH SCHOOL youth receive support and incentives for academic success as well as an opportunity for paid work experience or job shadowing.
Eligibility for the program is based on age (16-24) and having at least one risk factor. There are many ways to qualify for services so please come in or call to speak with an Employment Counselor. The full Young Adult Program application is available to print and fill out. Additional individual documents are required. If you need a birth certificate or social security card replaced, visit the quick links to the right.
