Through a subcontract with Legal Assistance of Western New York, an attorney is available to provide legal advisement to older adults on Powers of Attorney and other covered civil matters. There is no fee for this service. The suggested contribution is $30.00/hour. No one is denied service due to inability or unwillingness to contribute.
