The Center Offers Free or Low Cost, Private Medical Services with In Person and Telehealth Appointments!

• Emergency contraception (can be effective up to five days after unprotected sex)

• Pap, pelvic, breast, and testicular exams

• Sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing and treatment- Visit the NYSDOH website for more information on STIs

  • Rapid Syphilis, HIV and Hepatitis C screening, counseling, and testing results in 20 to 30 minutes

  • Expedited Partner Treatment (EPT) allows our healthcare providers to give medicine to people with chlamydia, gonorrhea, and/ or trichomoniasis so they can take it home to their sex partners. Partners can get treated without needing an appointment or exam.

  • Doxy-PEP is medicine that can be taken after condomless sex to help protect from getting chlamydia, gonorrhea, and/or syphilis.

Involvement and support from parents is encouraged. Teens do not need permission from parents to receive services at the Center for Sexual Health and Wellness.
