Will listings can now be found by name on the County Historian's online Records Index.
Full probate records are held by the Livingston County Surrogate Court. Wills probated before 1821, the year Livingston County was formed, may be found in another county surrogate's court, depending on the decedent's town of residence. Please ask if you are not sure about where to seek a will dated prior to 1821.
